It will give participants the opportunity to explore the key skills needed to communicate with people who are perceived as being both more ‘senior’ or more ‘junior’ to themselves. It aims to develop flexibility and awareness of personal style.
Learning Objectives:
- Understanding the importance of creating first impressions
- Increasing flexibly in non verbal communication
- A heightened awareness in reading other’s signals
- Techniques for raising and lowering one’s own status
