The Centre for Computing History
The SHARE Digital Development Forum are pleased to offer this half-day training event at the Centre for Computing History, Cambridge. The afternoon will consist of a tour of this new museum and a hands-on informal workshop, described by the museum director Jason Fitzpatrick as “all you ever wanted to know about Raspberry Pis, but were too afraid to ask”.
By the end of the session you will understand more about how computers work and can be made to work for your museum, especially in terms of low cost interactives and fun.

The SHARE Digital Development Forum
The SHARE Digital Development Forum seeks to:
- address where digital technology can meet the needs of other museum networks across the region
- assist in providing digital infrastructure and improving the skills base across the museums
- act as a consultation service to form connections and relationships between museums with ideas and potential avenues for technical partnerships
- arrange sessions for experts both within and the beyond the museum sector to share work practice and experience.
