SHARE, the Festival Bridge and the ROH Bridge are delighted to be running our Children and Young People Conference in a school again this year.
Honywood School has pioneered the use of iPads in lessons, and you will have the opportunity to hear from some of the pupils at the start of the conference and in one of the Breakout sessions. Other sessions will address Coding and the Curriculum, Digital Badges, Arts mark, Arts Award, HLF and Young People, Young Cultural Leaders and a new Culture 24 Research project.
Please the change to our Keynote speaker: Dr Sam Aaron, describes himself as a communicative programmer: he leads Improcess, a collaborative research project within the Computer Laboratory at the University of Cambridge.
We will also find out more on the ACE Cultural Education Challenge.
A full programme will be available early in 2016 along with details of travel details for the site. We anticipate arranging transport from Marks Tey Railway station for those coming by train. There is on street parking very close to the school for those coming by car.
