Epping Forest District Museum
Would your museum be interested in borrowing objects from a larger museum, including the Nationals? Perhaps there is a local treasure you’d like to return to the area for a temporary exhibition – or a showstopper that would help with publicity and boosting visitor numbers.
Amy Cotterill, Essex Museum Development Officer, has arranged a ‘Ready to Borrow Surgery Day’ at Epping Forest District Museum. The day will be attended by speakers from National museums who will talk about how you can borrow objects from their collections and what sorts of things might be available.
- Helen Cooper (Manager National Programmes, Tate)
- Georgia Mallin (Head of National Partnerships, British Museum)
- Laura Cronin (Collections Access Officer, Horniman Museum & Gardens)
- Ruth Burwood (Museum Development Project Officer Collections, SHARE Museums East)
There are two half-day sessions, this is the afternoon session (13:00 until 15:45). Please return to the training calendar to book the morning session.
Bookings are closed for this event.
