On 1st February, our hugely successful Front of House and Retail Forums are coming together for the first time for a joint day of talks, discussions and networking.
Excellence in Visitor Services and simultaneously maximizing visitor spend is not a contradiction. The most enjoyable the experience the experience the more likely visitors are to spend. In these challenging times this Joint Forum will explore how we welcome visitors and gain the rewards.
The keynote speaker will be Tamalie Newbery, Executive Director of the Association of Independent Museums (AIM).
