Trainer – Pippa Smith
This session will look at setting up and running economically sustainable school sessions. We will look at how to research your potential market, setting a reasonable price for your service, building in evaluation to ensure that your programme remains relevant and will look at different models for delivery and the cost implications of each. There will be some practical sessions which will include using Excel to model income/expenditure costs so it would be useful if participant are familiar with the basics of Excel – although don’t panic if not, there will be lots of help available and templates to take away! If you have access to a laptop with Excel, please bring this with you.
Lunch is provided
