This event is ideal for staff and volunteers already working in museum retail, their managers, or for anyone who would like to find out more. It will encompass the essentials to consider when running, or planning to run, a retail outlet in the heritage sector. Concise and concentrated, it will address the key issues to consider and is a great starting point for implementation or improvement.
